As we continue to expand our presence in communities worldwide, we are seeking a dynamic Online and Offline Events Coordinator to develop vibrant, cohesive in-app and offline communities.

Job responsibilities

1)Create and plan online and offline events, including seasonal events, core-community events, in-app talent events, while identifying new opportunities to increase engagement.

2) Develop pre-event assets and provide clear, engaging outlines and instructions, ensure participation and alignment with event goals.

3) Explain event benefits and rules effectively to maximize understanding and participation, collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen in-app involvement.

4)Execute online and offline events, assist in post-event recaps and scoring. Ensure accurate evaluation of event outcomes and generate insight reports.

Skills and Competencies:

1)Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

2)Excellent communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain event rules, benefits, and guidelines to stakeholders.

3)Creative problem solver: Proficiency in productivity and design tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Google Sheets), and analytical thinking to draw insights and inform future event planning.

4)Adaptability: Able to learn on the fly, multitask in a dynamic environment and embrace new challenges.

5)Detail-oriented: High level of accuracy in data entry, reporting and record-keeping.

Work Arrangement:

This role requires working from the office five days a week.
