About the role

Corporate Visions Inc' is seeking a talented and dedicated Call Centre Agent to join their team in Compostela, Cebu. This is a full-time virtual position, offering a competitive salary of up to 33,000 per annum. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and financial account support to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing product information and assisting with sales and financial account queries
  2. Effectively resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  5. Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
  6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a call centre or customer service role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different customer needs
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficiency in using various computer software and systems
  5. A self-motivated and adaptable team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  6. Fluency in English, both written and verbal
