ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Radiance Solar Solutions Inc. was established in 2020. We are the general contractor, dealing primarily on managing full EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects and providing solar energy services.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop comprehensive testing and commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules.
  • Lead the execution of all on-site testing and commissioning activities for HV substation equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications, industry standards (IEC, IEEE), NGCP, grid code and safety regulations.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the commissioning team.
  • Oversee the testing and calibration of protection relays, circuit breakers, transformers, and other HV equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during commissioning.
  • Prepare detailed test reports, commissioning documentation, and as-built drawings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all testing and commissioning activities.
  • Provide regular progress updates to project managers and clients.
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct safety briefings and risk assessments.
  • Ensure that all testing and commissioning activities are performed safely.
  • Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with manufactures of equipment for factory acceptance tests.
  • Ensure that all testing and commissioning activities meet quality standards.
  • Review and approve test results.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have at least 3 years experience as HV Testing and Commissioning in a Solar Industry
  • Willing to be assigned on-site in Makati City
  • Preferably can start as soon as possible
