About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Admin Officer to join our team at IPM Realty and Development Corporation in Tagaytay City, Cavite. As a fulltime Project Admin Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of our real estate development projects by providing administrative and project coordination support.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and manage project schedules, meetings, and documentation
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and team members
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of project reports and presentations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and files
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery
  • Support the procurement of project resources and materials
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project administrative processes

What we're looking for

  • Graduate of any 4-year business-related course
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a project administrative or office support role, preferably within the real estate or property development industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in your work
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
  • A team player with a proactive and collaborative approach
