The Leasing Assistant assist in the execution of leasing activities. Duties include lease marketing and administrative works for leasing.

Description of Functions:

  1. Lease Marketing

  2. Leasing of short-term tenants:

  3. Pop-up Inline
  4. Tempo Setup
  5. Food Carts
  6. Food & Non-food Kiosks
  7. Exhibits (Car, Seasonal, Food, Retail)
  8. Invites new and popular concepts (short-term)
  9. Assist in accommodating inquiries and provide assistance to prospective tenants
  10. Assist in conducting ocular / site visits and inspections to prospect / incoming tenants
  11. Assist in facilitating negotiations and transactions to ensure sign ups

  12. Regular competitive scanning to look for new concepts/brands or trends

  13. Administrative Work

  14. Prepares Offer Sheet for both Local and Strategic Leasing requirements

  15. Send Offer Sheet and MOA's in timely manner
  16. Lease Documentation for Short-Term Tenants
  17. Lot Upload Request (if necessary)
  18. Monitoring of requirements
  19. Monitoring of SD and prepaid rent payments
  20. Renewal of Short-Term Tenants
  21. Monitoring of contract (in coordination with Lease Admin)
  22. Monitoring of account (in coordination with Collection)
  23. Reports
  24. Lease Concept Approval (short-term)
  25. Monitoring
  26. Masterfile for short-term tenants
  27. Revenue
  28. Concerns from Short-Term Tenants
  29. Rent adjustment (Inter-Office Memo)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of a 4 year course major in Business, Marketing or Communication
  • Preferably with work background on retail/shopping center operations
  • Exposed to brands and trends in the market.
  • Understands shoppers' behavior, needs and wants.
  • Able to understand retail development and targeted market as well as in identifying gaps and opportunities.
