About the role

Office Symmetry is seeking an experienced Intake Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Intake Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the flow of new patient inquiries and admissions, ensuring a seamless onboarding process. This full-time position is based in Tunasan Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, offering opportunities for growth and development within our healthcare organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Respond promptly to incoming patient calls and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service
2. Conduct thorough intake interviews to gather all necessary patient information and medical history
3. Coordinate with the clinical team to schedule patient appointments and admissions
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our electronic medical system
5. Assist with insurance verification and pre-authorisation processes
6. Collaborate with the administrative staff to ensure a streamlined intake and onboarding experience
7. Provide support and guidance to patients throughout the intake and admission process

What we're looking for

1. Minimum of 6 months experience in a healthcare intake or admissions role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with patients from diverse backgrounds
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a high volume of inquiries
4. Proficient in using electronic medical records and patient management systems
5. Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance verification processes
6. Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
7. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain confidentiality
