
HR and Admin Assistant

We are currently looking for a professional HR and Admin Assitant who can supports the Human Resources department with various administrative and clerical tasks.
Education;
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related field.
Experience:
- HR Support/Administrative Experience:1-2 years of experience in an HR support role or an administrative position is required. (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
- Specific HR Functions: Experience with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management,and other HR functions is beneficial.
- Administrative Experience: General administrative experience, including tasks like data entry, record keeping, and document management, is also valuable.
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite:Proficiency in Word, Excel.
- HRIS Systems: Experience with HR information systems (HRIS)
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: The ability to accurately enter and manage data, including employee information, is crucial.
- Communication : The ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups, is also important.
- Organizational Skills:The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organized records is crucial.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy and attention to detail are important for tasks like data entry, record keeping, and document management.
- Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport with others, work collaboratively, and handle confidential information with discretion is also essential.
- Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and resolve issues, as well as make sound decisions, is valuable.
- Time Management Skills: The ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines is also important, especially when handling multiple tasks and projects.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment is also important.
- Willing to learn and the ability to adjust quickly to changing circumstances.
Cavite Salary Range: per day
Negotiable depending on experience.
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Mon-Fri 8:30 am- 5:30 pm
Sat 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
