Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Sales Associate (Mindanao).

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

• Able to handle assigned area and directly manage Flour dealers and institutional accounts
• Able to market our products and develop new accounts
• Able to understand market dynamics and consumer preferences on bakery and other flour-based products
• No prior flour or baking industry experience is required for this position
• Knowledgeable in troubleshooting baking related concerns, but not highly required
• Should initiate and lead baking demonstrations and seminars geared towards promoting our flour brands in the assigned area.

What are the Qualifications?

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
• Preferably 3 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Field Sales function or any related work is required for this position.
• Must be computer literate. Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint, MS Word.
• Good in oral and written communication
• Hardworking and results-oriented
• Applicants must be willing to travel around Visayas area
• Must know how to drive vehicle and must have a valid Driver's License
• Must be able to drive a car or sedan and possess a valid driver's licence
• 1 Full-Time position available.
