Balancing cash drawers at the end of each shift and preparing daily financial reports.

Assisting with the training and onboarding of new cashier staff.

Addressing escalated customer concerns and resolving complex payment issues.

Ensuring the security of cash and other valuables.

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Monitoring and evaluating the performance of cashiers, providing feedback and coaching.

Implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Working closely with the billing and accounting departments.

Understanding and applying knowledge of medical billing procedures.

Handling transactions related to various hospital services and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
