About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Staff to join our team at ZC Kings Manpower Cooperative. In this full-time, office-based role in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for driving sales and growing our customer base through exceptional product knowledge and customer service.

What you'll be doing

  • Actively prospect and network to identify and convert new sales opportunities
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations to potential customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, building strong relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Meet and exceed ambitious sales targets and KPIs

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the sales industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and overcome objections
  • Highly motivated, target-driven and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis to track and improve sales performance
  • Relevant sales qualifications or certifications would be an advantage
