Position Summary

Responsible for the effective and accurate processing, and monitoring of all accounts payable transactions such as invoices, payments, credit memo, etc. in the accounting system.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Primarily responsible in processing all Accounts Payable transactions of all sites

  • Secures approval of Accounts Payable Vouchers before check preparations

  • Coordinate with the sites' Accounts Payable for recording and updating of Accounts Payable transactions

Educational Requirement:

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, Business, or any degree relevant to the position

  • With CPA license is preferred but not required

Competencies:

  • With proven accounting skills

  • Thorough experience in bills processing

  • Familiar with MS Office applications

  • Knowledgeable in any Accounting system

  • Can work under pressure and set deadlines

  • Can work independently with less supervision

Work Experience Requirement:

  • With minimum of 2 years of work experience on the same capacity

  • With hotel experience has an advantage
