About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and grow the Fragrance Factory by Chemworld brand. The role will be responsible for driving marketing strategies, campaigns, and product initiatives that strengthen our brand presence and grow our customer base in the fragrance and personal care industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales.
  • Lead product launches, promotional campaigns, and merchandising initiatives.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts (social media, ads, influencer partnerships).
  • Support sales teams with marketing tools, events, and customer engagement programs.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a marketing team while managing budgets and performance reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in retail, FMCG, cosmetics, or personal care.
  • Strong knowledge of brand management, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Passion for beauty, fragrance, and lifestyle brands is a plus.
