Qualifications:

· COSH certified

· At least one (1) year work experience on related field

· Strong knowledge of safety regulations, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle emergency situations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct Risk Assessments: Identify potential hazards in the workplace and evaluate risks to ensure a safe working environment.

· Ensure Compliance: Monitor and enforce adherence to health and safety regulations, standards, and company policies.

· Deliver Safety Training: Develop and provide safety training programs for employees, including onboarding and refresher courses.

· Investigate Incidents: Investigate accidents and near-misses to determine causes and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

· Perform Inspections: Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of facilities and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.

· Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain emergency response plans, and conduct drills to ensure staff readiness for emergencies.

· Manage PPE: Oversee the provision and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure its proper use.

· Documentation: Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training, incidents, and compliance reports.

· Promote Safety Culture: Foster a safety-conscious environment by promoting best practices and encouraging employee participation in safety initiatives.
