Be part of our client's team as a Quality Control Prefunding Mortgage Loan Underwriter and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in every file you review. Your role will strengthen the mortgage process while supporting global lending operations.

What You'll Bring

• 3-5 years' experience as a mortgage loan underwriter with knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, USDA, VA, and Bond loans
• Prior QC and QA experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail; task-oriented
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong collaboration skills with teammates, supervisors, and clients

Your Impactful Contributions

• Review Conventional/FHA/VA/USDA/Bond Loans and Non-Agency Jumbo Loans
• Validate loan files pursuant to AUS Findings or Manual underwrites
• Re-underwrite and process reverifications of complete files
• Evaluate credit history and financial information for eligibility
• Review income types: hourly, salary, rental, self-employed
• Review appraisal reports for accuracy and compliance
• Identify deficiencies, issue findings, and assign them to the right party
• Communicate resolution of findings within deadlines
• Track and record findings accurately
• Complete Pre-Purchase and Post-Closing Audits
• Complete Agency Audits as assigned
• Meet production expectations
• Perform other related tasks as needed
