ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Full cycle bookkeeping
  • Responsible for general ledger maintenance including review and reconciliation of all applicable accounts such as bank and credit card transactions, investments, loans, intercompany and shareholder accounts, corporate taxes, source deductions, and sales tax payable to CRA
  • Post journal entries
  • Review all income and expense accounts for significant fluctuations year-over-year
  • Analyze and review year-end reports
  • Communicate with clients daily and in a timely manner

ABOUT YOU:

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting or any related course
  • At least 2years accounting or bookkeeping experience
    in managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, general ledger, financial reports.
  • Hands on experience in QuickBooks Online
    , Outlook and Excel is a plus
