About the role

NEW ERA PLACEMENT AGENCY CO.' is seeking a driven and customer-focused Chat & Email Support Representative to join our growing Call Centre & Customer Service team in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a full-time CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various digital channels.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting issues and providing accurate information and solutions to customers
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and ensuring follow-up actions are taken
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and making recommendations to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective customer service
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or contact centre environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and empathetic manner
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Familiarity with using customer service software and databases
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
