About the role

Corporate Visions Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Cubao, Quezon City. As a seasonal account CSR, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. No final interview is required for this full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling inbound calls, emails, and chat communications with customers
  • Troubleshooting and providing solutions to customer problems
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
