  • Basic understanding of e-commerce operations, promotions, and campaigns.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate with a team.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Live Selling & Engagement

  • Host live selling sessions on TikTok to showcase products and engage viewers in real-time.

  • Build and maintain an online audience, responding to questions and comments during live streams.

  • Promote product features, deals, and promotions to drive sales.

  • Video Creation & Content Development

  • Produce engaging short-form videos for TikTok to support live selling and product promotions.

  • Collaborate with the store management staff to create content that aligns with campaigns, vouchers, and promotional events.

  • E-commerce & Campaign Collaboration

  • Complete assigned tasks in the TikTok Seller Center to unlock vouchers and join campaigns.

  • Coordinate with the store management team to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions.

  • Participate in campaigns and special events to maximize sales and brand visibility.

  • Sales Tracking & Performance Analysis

  • Monitor live stream metrics such as views, engagement, and conversion rates.

  • Analyze sales data and audience behavior to improve live selling and content strategies.

  • Customer Experience

  • Ensure a positive customer experience during live streams and video interactions.

  • Address customer questions, feedback, or concerns in coordination with the customer service team.
