The Office Administration Services Technical Assistant's responsibility is to ensure that all SMDC Offices are clean, presentable and maintained in the highest standards to encourage employees. He/she shall ensure sufficient regular repair supplies and other consumables (i.e. office workstations, chairs) are maintained. This position shall also be responsible to implement all repair and maintenance activities of the SMDC Offices, implement office expansions & renovations and timely completion. This include but is not limited to electrical, carpentry and IT data connections. And work closely with Property Management Dept. on facilities concerns in the offices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a graduate of BS Electrical Engineering or its equivalent from a reputable college or university.
Preferably with at least 3 years of work experience related to building operations, property maintenance and office fit-out projects.

Must be focused, driven, team player.
Can work under pressure and results-oriented.
With acceptable oral and written communication skills.
With good presentation and facilitation skills; computer literate (including AutoCad drawings).
