Job Title: HRBP Sr. Manager

Setup: Full onsite and day shift in BGC, Taguig

Job Summary:

The HRBP Sr. Manager collaborates with business leaders to drive talent strategies, performance management, change initiatives, and employee relations, ensuring the organization effectively attracts, develops, and retains the workforce it requires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, guiding talent strategies including recruitment, development, succession planning, and retention.
  • Leads change management, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Manages complex employee relations, conflicts, and disciplinary issues
  • Monitors workforce trends, attrition, and team well-being.
  • Adapts global People & Culture programs to meet local requirements.
  • Collaborates with legal on labor matters and sensitive employee cases.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of HRBP experience within a managerial level.
  • Experienced in dealing with complex employee situations and disciplinary cases.
  • Knowledgeable with Department of Labor and external lawyers for labor cases.
  • Knowledge of mandatory government regulations.
  • Familiarity with People & Culture programs, policies, and processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php180, Php200,000.00 per month
