Job Summary:
The People Services Sr. Manager ensures the smooth, accurate, and compliant delivery of all HR services, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, and offboarding. This role leads day-to-day HR operations, drives process improvements, ensures compliance with local labor and tax laws, and manages the People Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with laws and company policies.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Maintain, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with DOLE, BIR, and internal standards.
- Lead internal and external HR audits, manage vendor contracts, and ensure adherence to service agreements.
- Identify, address, and resolve process issues, escalations, and errors promptly.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes, seeking opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the People Services team, fostering a culture of accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws (DOLE), taxation (BIR), and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage HR teams and drive process improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php180, Php200,000.00 per month
