Job Summary:

The People Services Sr. Manager ensures the smooth, accurate, and compliant delivery of all HR services, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, and offboarding. This role leads day-to-day HR operations, drives process improvements, ensures compliance with local labor and tax laws, and manages the People Services team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with laws and company policies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Maintain, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with DOLE, BIR, and internal standards.
  • Lead internal and external HR audits, manage vendor contracts, and ensure adherence to service agreements.
  • Identify, address, and resolve process issues, escalations, and errors promptly.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes, seeking opportunities for automation and efficiency.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the People Services team, fostering a culture of accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws (DOLE), taxation (BIR), and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage HR teams and drive process improvements.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php180, Php200,000.00 per month
