JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, design, and refine warehouse and material flow processes in alignment with LEAN principles and the SPS.
  • Act as a process engineering expert, building scalable, efficient, and reliable systems for warehousing operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and strengthen process reliability.
  • Design and optimize warehouse layouts and rack/storage solutions using AutoCAD and engineering best practices.
  • Mentor and challenge team members to elevate their performance and foster a culture of operational excellence.
  • Deploy and sustain the SPS framework across warehouse functions.
  • Define and validate time standards to ensure accuracy and efficiency in operations.
  • Strengthen safety and ergonomics in warehouse layouts, workflows, and material handling activities.
  • Leverage information systems and digital tools to enhance process control, aligned with MPH and Warehouse standards.
  • Apply structured continuous improvement methodologies to optimize safety, quality, lead time, and cost.
  • Execute Manufacturing Engineering (ME) functions with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
  • Continuously refine processes to reduce cycle times, manpower requirements, administrative waste, and material losses

  • Contract: 6 Months (Renewable)
  • Budget: 35k-45k
  • Benefits: 5D SIL/ No HMO
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM to 6PM

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
  • Minimum 5–6 years of hands-on experience in warehouse process engineering, industrial systems, or advanced manufacturing.
  • Strong track record in process design, layout optimization, Kaizen, Lean transformation, and cost reduction projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and capable of creating warehouse layouts, material flow diagrams, and rack/storage solutions.
  • Expertise in process engineering methodologies (time studies, standard work, ergonomics, material flow design).
  • Skilled in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Strong leadership in driving corrective actions, leading change, and institutionalizing best practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of industrial engineering philosophies and application in warehousing.
  • Ability to integrate technical tools and digital solutions into operational processes.
  • Decisive, structured, and analytical in approach with a passion for process excellence.
  • Strong communicator and influencer, able to collaborate effectively with regional and global teams.
  • Results-driven, entrepreneurial, and proactive, with a clear focus on safety, efficiency, and cost.
  • High initiative, resilient, and positive-thinking with strong ownership of company goals.
  • Commitment to ensuring safety training and compliance across teams.
