Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Professional located in Makati. The Telemarketing Professional will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, managing customer inquiries, maintaining detailed records of the calls, and achieving sales targets. The role involves creating call scripts, handling objections, and coordinating follow-up activities. The position requires active listening and effective communication to build strong relationships with potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in outbound calls, managing customer inquiries, and sales
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain detailed call records
  • Knowledge of telemarketing software and CRM systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • High level of motivation and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Experience in the technology sector is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in marketing or related fields are advantageous
