We are seeking an Accountant to oversee all financial transactions, including fixed payments, variable expenses, bank deposits, and budgets.

Accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements, and calculating tax payments and returns. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.

Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on the financial position, liquidity, and cash flows of our business, ensuring we remain compliant with all relevant tax regulations.

A. Role and Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports.
  • Recording and maintaining financial transactions.
  • Processing of Payroll.
  • Performing reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, as applicable.

-Assisting in the preparation and filing of tax returns.

  • Assisting in the preparation of audit schedules
  • Running and reviewing various financial reports
  • Communicating with vendors and clients regarding financial transactions.
  • Processing of compliances to Governmental requirements, as necessary.

B. Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • A minimum of an associate's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • At least one year of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
