We are seeking for a
Technical Learning Consultant
. This role will partner with subject matter experts to design, develop and deliver high quality technical learning content, to support the technical development of our people.

What will you do?

We know the work we do is vital in assisting Aurecon's business globally. Here are the key things you will do to 'bring ideas to life'.

• Be the go-to person at Aurecon for Technical Learning
• Partner with SMEs to design, develop and deliver high quality technical learning content.
• Diagnose learning needs, partnering with SMEs to deliver quality learning in alignment with strategic priorities.
• Manage the creation of learning content
• Design and develop learning initiatives in collaboration with internal experts and teams
• Partner with adjacent teams and SMEs to ensure work is integrated and aligned
• Establish workflows and processes to simplify the technical learning experience

Firstly, strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and adaptability to varying request. Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills. And as part of a new team, you will have the opportunity to shape this role and have input into how we evolve it over time to WOW our employees and make an even bigger impact on the world.

You will also need the following capabilities:

Qualifications (Required)

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• With 5+ years of relevant experience as a Learning Consultant
• Engineering, design or advisory qualification highly desirable
• Experience of working in an engineering, design or consulting environment desirable.
