We're looking for an HR Assistant to join our team—someone who excels at sourcing and recruitment, but is also ready to take on a variety of HR and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and screening of candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assist with background checks, and help prepare job offers
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR documentation
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team, including organizing files, responding to employee inquiries, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration
  • Help coordinate HR events, training sessions, and other employee engagement activities
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Perform other HR and admin-related tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR support is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS or similar systems is an advantage
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
