What you'll be doing

  1. Assess training needs and develop comprehensive learning and development plans to address skill gaps
  2. Design, deliver and evaluate training programs covering technical, soft and leadership skills
  3. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content
  4. Implement innovative training methods and leverage technology to enhance the learning experience
  5. Monitor and analyze training outcomes, and make data-driven improvements to programs
  6. Mentor and coach team members to support their professional growth and career development
  7. Ensure training initiatives align with the company's business objectives and strategic priorities

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related field
  2. Have background or experience in handling Healthcare accounts or program
  3. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar learning and development role, preferably in the BPO industry
  4. Proven track record of designing, delivering and evaluating impactful training programs
  5. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify training needs and measure effectiveness
  7. Proficient in using learning management systems and other training technologies
  8. Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally
