Job description:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing and Sales VA to join our team. This role combines marketing expertise with sales acumen to drive customer engagement, generate leads, and increase revenue. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and proactive, capable of implementing digital marketing strategies while actively supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels including social media, email, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Generate, nurture, and convert leads through digital channels to support sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective promotional materials, presentations, and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.
  • Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media profiles, and online ads.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
  • Track and report on key sales and marketing metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Support sales outreach efforts, including cold emailing, follow-ups, and lead qualification.
  • Assist in developing pricing, promotional, and discount strategies in collaboration with management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, sales, or a combination of both.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, and email marketing tools.
  • Experience with CRM software and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing business needs.
  • Knowledge of graphic design, content creation, or video production is a plus.
