Job Summary:

We are hiring a Junior Civil Engineer with 3 years solid experience to support Fit-out and residential real estate construction and management. The role involves assisting in planning, design, and construction oversight to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and timeline goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing project plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Monitor construction activities for compliance with design, codes, and safety standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and report on progress, quality, and issues.
  • Prepare project documentation, cost estimates, and material takeoffs.
  • Ensure compliance with local government and PEZA regulations.
  • Communicate with clients and partner contractors.
  • Use engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) for design and analysis is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in Fit-out and residential construction.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:
