Accounting Clerk

Job Description:

As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting the Accounts Payable (AP) function by accurately inputting and maintaining invoice data, coding transactions, and assisting with voucher processing. This role requires keen attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

• Process cash disbursements to vendors via checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Distribute invoices and billing support documentation through various channels.
• Balance cash weekly and perform corrections to journal entry errors.
• Ensure timely invoice approvals and identify discrepancies by coordinating with clients and cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in accounts payable, data entry, or general accounting support. (BPO experience preferred)
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, pivot tables, formatting).
• Willingness to be trained onsite for one month.
