Job Description:

As part of our fun, fast-paced, and high-performance culture, we are looking for a Billing Clerk who will manage invoice data entry, billing audits, discrepancy checks, and coordination with internal teams—requiring strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and accuracy in handling financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update invoice data in spreadsheets for billing review.
  • Coordinate with Payroll, Accounting, and Client Delivery teams to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Review, investigate, and resolve billing or data discrepancies. Audit timekeeping and billing details to maintain accurate invoices.
  • Validate invoice information and coordinate corrections with internal teams.
  • Perform weekly audits to confirm proper distribution of billing receivables.
  • Handle client questions and support timely invoice approvals.
  • Assist in preparing billing reports, data entry tasks, and documentation.
  • Maintain updated billing records and contact information.
  • Support process changes, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when needed.
  • Perform other billing and administrative tasks as required.

Must-Haves:

  • At least 6 months of administrative experience, preferably in an accounting or payroll department (local experience accepted; US experience not required).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of financial reporting, invoice processing, problem-solving, and data discrepancy audits.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is an advantage.
  • Willing to work 100% onsite during training, and transition to a hybrid setup afterward (3x/week onsite) at any PSG workspace: Alabang, Makati, MOA, or SM North EDSA.
