Role Description

We are seeking a Transport Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role based in Parañaque. The Transport Supervisor will oversee daily fleet operations, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and effectively manage truck assignment. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating vehicle schedules, ensuring adherence to DOT regulations, maintaining optimal fleet performance, addressing customer service needs, and resolving transport-related issues efficiently. This role is critical in ensuring seamless and cost-effective transportation operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills and experience managing teams in a transport or logistics setting
  • Knowledge of DOT Regulations and the ability to ensure compliance across operations
  • Excellent Communication skills to liaise with team members, customers, and stakeholders effectively
  • Proficiency in Fleet Management and logistics coordination
  • Customer Service skills to address client inquiries and ensure service satisfaction
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle various logistical challenges
  • Familiarity with transportation and logistics software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
