This is a great opportunity to build strong relationships with our dealers and be a vital part of our success.

We are currently looking for applicants for the following positions:

  • Sr. Associate - Field Sales
  • Sr. Engineer - Field Service

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct frequent shop visits to build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, dealer owners, and other stakeholders in the assigned territory.
  • Lead ground-level sales activities, including the creation and implementation of promotional activities within the area.
  • Act as a shop consultant, providing guidance to improve the image of 3S shops for ultimate customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct product familiarization seminars to dealer branches to ensure product knowledge is up to date.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on field activities, dealer performance, and market conditions.
  • Present dealer performance findings to management and stakeholders as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of dealer-related issues.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
  • Proven experience in a sales, marketing, or service-related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Must be willing to travel frequently and confidently drive within the assigned territory.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license for a motorcycle or four-wheel vehicle is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) for reporting and data analysis.
