MEPF Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review drawings, specifications for constructability and cost estimates for the mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems.
  • Evaluate cost Estimate.
  • Inspect and supervise MEP standards based on plan.
  • Supervise workers, contract architects or engineers, and contractors for compliance with the MEP requirement.
  • Prepares change orders and request for information responses as required for public safety and compliance with the standard.
  • Supervise and insure that the task delegated and completed on schedule.
  • Prepares coordinated/consolidated MEP Drawings.
  • Other tasks maybe assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Willing to accept project based employment.
  • Will be deployed in NCR and Provincial projects.
  • Open for stay in.
