Job Description: We are looking for a Licensed Civil Engineer with a strong background in construction management, project execution, and structural design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Plan, manage, and oversee the daily operations of construction projects.
  • Technical Supervision: Provide technical guidance and supervision to on-site teams, ensuring compliance with blueprints, specifications, and building codes.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to monitor the quality of work and materials, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Budget & Schedule Management: Monitor project progress against established timelines and budgets, and prepare detailed reports for management.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Coordination: Liaise with architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, progress reports, and documentation of change orders.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional work experience in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in managing and supervising construction projects from the planning stage to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, building codes, and construction practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software and CAD programs (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus.
