Description

Documentation Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, and controlling all project-related documents, ensuring they are accurately tracked, stored, and accessible to relevant stakeholders. This role will maintained the smooth operation of construction projects and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Duties and Responsibility

  • Receive, register, and distribute all incoming and outgoing project documents (e.g., drawings, plans, contracts, permits, RFIs, and correspondence).
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
  • Ensure that all documents are indexed, easily retrievable, and categorized according to project-specific requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of document revisions, ensuring the most up-to-date versions are accessible to all stakeholders.
  • Track and update the status of documents (approved, pending, revised, etc.).
  • Ensure all project documentation follows the correct revision control processes and ensure that outdated documents are removed.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all document-related queries for internal teams (architects, engineers, contractors) and external stakeholders (clients, subcontractors, suppliers).
  • Ensure timely communication and distribution of updated documents to relevant project team members.
  • Coordinate the document review process with all stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
