Job description
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Onboarding
· Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
· Coordinate new hire orientation sessions and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
2. Employee Relations and Disciplinary Actions
· Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to disciplinary actions, grievances, and complaints.
· Investigate employee complaints and concerns, conduct disciplinary meetings, and implement corrective actions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
· Maintain accurate and confidential records of disciplinary actions and ensure fair and consistent application of policies across the organization.
3. Payroll Administration
· Process bi-monthly payroll accurately and in compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulations, including deductions for taxes, SSS (Social Security System), PhilHealth (Philippine Health Insurance Corporation), and Pag-IBIG Fund (Home Development Mutual Fund).
· Verify and reconcile payroll data, including attendance records, overtime hours, leaves, and other relevant information.
· Prepare and distribute payslips.
· Verify payroll transactions and resolve discrepancies as needed, collaborating with accounting department to reconcile payroll records.
4. Compensation and Benefits
· Administer employee compensation programs, including salary reviews, incentives, and bonuses, ensuring alignment with company policies and industry benchmarks.
· Manage employee benefits programs, including PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG Fund, SSS and other mandatory benefits.
· Manage Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) and other employee perks in accordance with the company policy.
5. Performance Management
· Support performance management processes, including performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
· Assist with the development and implementation of performance improvement plans as needed, providing guidance to managers and employees.
6. HR Administration
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files (201 File).
· Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, job offer letters, and HR policies.
Qualifications – Education / Experience / Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably as a Generalist or similar position.
- Solid knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
