Qualifications:

Graduate of any course related to Accounting, Commerce and other similar courses.

At least has internship experience to 1 year experience in processing vendor & client accreditation

Good organizational, problem solving and analytical skills

Preferably ARIBA/ SPECTRA or any ERP/ Finance System and MS Excel knowledge

Customer Oriented and has ability to work in fast paced working environment

Ability to work independently

Key Role:

Assistance with the compilation of new vendor requirements and forms with initial review of documents

Follow up lacking requirements needed for accreditation considering the timeliness in accrediting prior to start of media implementation

Assistance with answering of inquiries from vendor accredited so there will be no problem in the media campaign and collection

Preparation, creation and updating of Vendor, Client and Product Masterfile in media buying and financial system without error

Checking of the completion of the Client's Vendor Forms and submits requirements for the

accreditation to Client's system

Submission of monthly SOX report (REV17 and REV34)

Assistance with the Annual Deactivation of Vendors / Clients in the Masterfile ensuring all resigned and inactive are removed
