Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Promotion: Welcome customers, provide product information and opinions, and suggest items to drive sales.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and perform monthly inventory counts, check for damaged goods, and ensure proper stock levels on shelves and in storage.
  • Product Display: Arrange and maintain product displays to ensure they are appealing, clean, and accessible to customers.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, answer their questions, offer assistance, and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction and build positive brand perception.
  • Store Maintenance: Keep the selling area and stockroom clean, orderly, and well-organized.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant activities to management.

  • Sales and Communication: Strong communication skills to interact with customers and effectively promote products.
  • Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the products being sold, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
