Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our online store platforms. This encompasses all major online selling platforms - Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Amazon, and the official website. The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing the digital sales processes, drive revenue growth through data-driven strategies, and coordinate with other departments to execute deliverables. This role requires a blend of leadership, technical knowledge of the online sales platforms, and customer focus to ensure seamless online shopping experiences, inventory management, and compliance with e-commerce best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Operational Oversight:
    Manage and monitor day-to-day e-commerce activities, such as product listings, pricing updates, order fulfillment, and returns processing. Ensure platform functionality across websites, social media, and third-party marketplaces.
  2. Performance Optimization:
    Analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends and implement improvements. Propose strategies to boost conversion rates, reduce cart abandonment, and enhance user experience.
  3. Merchandising:
     Ensures that the online stores are properly stocked, the correct product mix is represented, promo items properly highlighted and promoted.
  4. Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination:
    Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain accurate inventory levels, forecast demand, and resolve stock discrepancies.
  5. Customer Service Excellence:
    Oversee customer inquiries related to online orders, resolving escalated issues promptly.
  6. Marketing and Promotions Support:
    Work with existing 3rd Party Platform account managers on promotions opportunities and ensuring that the Brand is properly represented on critical events. Communicate these opportunities or events to Marketing team to produce online campaigns, SEO optimizations, and other relevant initiatives. Track ROI on promotions.
  7. Reporting and Strategy:
    Prepare weekly/monthly reports on key metrics (e.g., sales revenue, traffic sources, bounce rates). Contribute to long-term e-commerce strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Expert) are a plus.
  • Experience:
    At least 3 years in e-commerce operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Proven track record in managing online retail platforms is a bonus.
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in e-commerce and social media platforms. Knowledge on analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush). Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP software is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    Strong leadership and communication abilities; excellent problem-solving and organizational skills; ability to thrive in a fast evolving digital environment.
