JOB SUMMARY

Under general supervision, this position is responsible for selling the Company's products and services and assisting customers with their product needs. They provide an exemplary customer experience by asking the customer questions to determine their needs and engaging the customer with their product knowledge, suggestive selling items for the customer's immediate needs and recommending additional items and/or services that will complement the customers' shopping experience. They handle returns of merchandise and store merchandising, stocking and maintenance activities. They assist the store in achieving its' daily, monthly and annual sales and service goals. They will perform related work as required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. STOCK REPLENISHMENT

· Prepare stock replenishment request based on stock needed by store in consideration of store's inventory capacity.

· Stock replenishment request should be sent to approved chat group in fb messenger within replenishment cut off and MOQ per sku (BT-6, HT-12, FT-12).

· They are given 24 hours from date of stock receipt to do quality and quantity check on 100% stock received. Once done checking, they should provide Goods Receipt Report, and send to Sales Support Officer 4. Quantity and remarks (e.g. Damaged-suggestively sell additional items and services that the customer may not have anticipated they will need).

  1. SALES MANAGEMENT

· Store promoters are required to submit weekly sales report to Sales Support Officer.

  • With good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can handle pressure and has good customer service
