● ASSEST MANAGEMENT: MANAGE AND SECURE ALL COMPANY ASSETS TO OPERATE THE STORE EFFICIENTLY AND MAXIMISE PROFITABILITY.

● INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: ENSURE PROPER INVENTORY LEVELS TO MAINTAIN

MERCHANDISE AVAILABILTY.

● VENDOR RELATIONS: MAINTAIN WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH CORPORATE BUYING

DEPARTMENTS AND VENDORS.

● TEAM MANAGEMENT: LEAD AND DEVELOP A TEAM OF EMPLOYEES TO ACHIVE COMPANY OBJECTIVES

● OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY: MAINTAIN STORE OPERATION BY ENFORCING OPERATIONAL AND PERSONNEL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.

● CUSTOMER SERVICE: RESOLVE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS AND QUERIES POSITIVELY AND PROFFESIONALLY.

● FINANCIAL TASK: ASSIST WITH REGISTER BOOKKEEPING, AND REGULAR INVENTORY COUNTS.

● DAILY OPERATIONS: OVERSEE AND MANAGE THE DAILY OPERATIONS OF THE RETAIL STORE TO ENSURE SMOOTH FUNCTIONING.

● INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: MANAGE INVENTORY LEVELS, CONDUCT REGULAR STOCK CHECKS AND ENSURE PROPER ROTATION.

● VISUAL MERCHANDISING: SUPERVISE STORE DISPLAY, LAYOUT, AND ENSURE ATTRACTIVE DISPLAY TO DRIVE MORE SALES.

● CUSTOMER SERVICE: ENSURE EXEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS ARE

MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES.

● SALES TARGET: SET AND MONITOR SALES TARGETS, ANALYZE SALES DATA, AND

STRATEGIZE TO ACHIEVE SALES TARGET/QUOTA.

● BUDGET MANAGEMENT: CONTROL STORE EXPENSES, MANAGE BUDGET EFFECTIVELY AND OPTIMIZE COSTS.
