Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Manila for a Marketing Associate focused on the real estate sector. Responsibilities include conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, supporting marketing campaigns, assisting with sales strategies, and managing projects aimed at promoting PonteFino's properties. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and assisting in the development and execution of marketing initiatives to enhance the company's presence and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and collaboration.
  • Experience in Market Research to identify industry trends and target audiences effectively.
  • Understanding of Sales and Marketing strategies to enhance lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in Project Management to plan, execute, and monitor marketing initiatives - events, exhibits, partnerships and social media content development.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess campaign performance and ROI.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in real estate or a related industry is a plus.
