Qualifications:
  • At least 2nd Year College level;  72 units , a degree in business, marketing, or finance.
  • With at least 1 year of Real Estate Sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and local geography.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using real estate software and online marketing tools.

Skills:
  • Sales and customer service orientation.
  • Analytical skills for market research and pricing.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Driving skills are a plus.

Work Environment: Real estate sales agents often work independently or within a brokerage, with flexible hours that may include evenings and weekends. Their work involves significant time spent out of the office showing properties and meeting clients.

This job can be both rewarding and challenging, often requiring agents to be proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable in a changing market.
