Senior Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Marketing Analyst

Location: Remote – Open to candidates in the Philippines, Latin America, and South Africa

Compensation: USD $1,900 – $2,300/month ( (The final offer is at the client's discretion and depends on the candidate's interview result, skills, and experience.)

Schedule: Full-Time 50hrs/week (5 days x 10hrs) | Must be available to overlap with U.S. business hours (EST pm EDT or 5pm-3am EDT)

About the Role

We're hiring an experienced Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Analyst who will play a dual role in financial analysis and marketing material creation. This position is ideal for someone who understands the language of real estate — BOVs, OMs, and offering decks — and can translate complex property and market data into polished, investor-ready materials.

You'll collaborate closely with the leadership team to design professional deal packages and marketing collateral, applying both strategic thinking and aesthetic judgment to deliver impactful results.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with financial models, rent rolls, and general underwriting — and can distill complex deal information into clear, professional investment materials.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare Broker Opinion of Values (BOVs), Offering Memorandums (OMs), and property marketing decks with accuracy, speed, and design finesse.

 Analyze market data, comparable sales, rent rolls, and financial models to inform deal presentations.

 Synthesize insights into visually compelling, investor-friendly layouts and swift to adopt the in-house tech.

 Leverage AI tools and data systems to streamline the preparation of property summaries and offering materials.

 Continuously improve workflows and presentation standards to align with U.S. commercial real estate market expectations.

 Qualifications

Required:

2–4 years of experience in commercial real estate, financial analysis, or marketing roles specifically related to CRE deal presentation materialsProven ability to create or contribute to BOVs, OMs and investor decks.Strong financial literacy — able to interpret rent rolls, operating statements, and market comps.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and aesthetic judgment.Comfortable working U.S. hoursPrior experience with U.S. real estate firms or CRE marketing teams.

Preferred:

Excel modeling, and data visualization platforms.

 Exposure to AI tools for document automation or property analytics.
