  • Ensure proper tax treatment and documentation of project-related transactions.
  • Maintain compliance with BIR and local tax regulations.
  • Prepare supporting schedules and documents for tax audits and assessments.

Reconciliation and Documentation:

  • Reconcile project accounts and tax-related accounts in the general ledger.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for tax compliance and audit readiness.
  • Assist in internal and external audits related to projects and tax matters.

Coordination and Reporting:

  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Legal) to gather tax-related information for projects.
