Technical Skills (Hard Skills):
· Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
· Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
· Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, WooCommerce).
· Ability to design SEO-friendly and conversion-optimized websites.
· Knowledge of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
· Experience creating marketing materials:
o Web banners & ad creatives
o Social media posts & campaign assets
o Email newsletters & templates (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
o Landing pages optimized for conversions
· Understanding of Google Analytics, SEO basics, and digital marketing funnels.
Soft Skills:
· Creativity & innovation with a marketing-driven mindset.
· Strong attention to detail and consistency in branding across platforms.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills with marketing and development teams.
· Time management to handle multiple campaigns and projects.
Adaptability to fast-changing marketing trends and tools.
