We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Finance Manager who is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to oversee our company's financial health and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial operations, developing strategies to optimize profitability, and providing accurate financial insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present timely financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, government regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Lead and supervise the finance team, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
  • Develop financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Monitor and manage company investments, expenditures, and financial risks.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory agencies.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve financial performance and business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in financial management software and MS Office tools.
