About the role

As a Warehouse Driver at Nan Tian Group Ltd., Inc., you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our distribution network. This full-time position is based in Makati City Metro Manila, where you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods to our customers. Your expertise in navigating the local roads and prioritising customer satisfaction will be essential to the success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Safely operate a company-provided vehicle to transport goods from our warehouse to customer locations
  2. Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring all items are secured properly
  3. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including documentation and signatures
  4. Identify and report any issues or discrepancies with deliveries
  5. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety protocols
  6. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
  7. Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record (no major violations or accidents in the past 3 years)
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role
  3. Strong knowledge of the local road network and ability to plan efficient delivery routes
  4. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
  5. Physical ability to lift and move items up to 25kg repeatedly throughout the day
  6. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
  7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
  8. Valid professional driver's licence (minimum Class 1-3 or equivalent) with a clean driving record
  9. High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
