About the Role

You'll be the go-to expert for fixed-income credit analysis. From structuring asset allocation models to monitoring credit watch lists and advising senior portfolio managers—your insights will directly impact how we invest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise PMs on credit exposures and asset allocation strategies
  • Analyze credit risk and repayment capability of issuers
  • Research economic and market trends for investment planning
  • Build and maintain obligor database and credit watch lists
  • Collaborate with Fixed Income PMs, Traders, and the Dealing Team
  • Participate in credit committee and investment group meetings
  • Align with AIA Group's credit research frameworks and policies
  • Continuously sharpen technical and market awareness

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 6–10 years of relevant credit research/credit analysis experience
  • Strong command of credit analysis and corporate finance frameworks
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good-to-Have

  • CFA, MBA, or TIFP certification
  • Background in financial services or insurance investing
  • Experience working with global investment teams
